In this topic you will learn how to Update / Add Contacts - Bidder.
Steps:
Begin by logging into the My MTA Portal and navigating to the Manage Profile / Contact page.
Step 1Begin by logging into the My MTA Bidder Portal.
Click the Bidder / Supplier Sign In link.
Step 2Enter the BSC ID and password.
For this exercise, click into the BSC ID: field and enter a valid value e.g. "pdavis22".
Step 3For this exercise, click into the Password: field and enter a valid value e.g. "password".
Step 4Click the Login button.
Step 5The MTA My Bidder Portal homepage displays.
The MTA My Bidder Portal homepage is comprised of several Tiles that contain functionality / links to assist suppliers and bidders in doing business with the MTA.
Step 6To update and add contact information, click the Manage profile tile.
Step 7The Manage Profile page displays.
Use this page to update information related to your Bidder organization like Addresses, Contacts and company classifications.
The left side of the page contains additional tasks that can be performed from the Manage Profile page.
Step 8Click the Navigation Pane button to collapse the left side of the screen to view the Manage Profile page in full screen.
Step 9To navigate to the Contacts section of the bidder profile, click the Contacts tab.
Step 10The Contacts Details page displays the associated company contacts.
Note: The counter indicates if the company has multiple contacts. Click the Next or Last icon to view additional contact details.
Step 11To edit a contact's information, click in the field that requires an edit and make the change.
For this exercise, click in the Title field and enter a valid value e.g. "President".
Step 12Click the Save button.
Step 13To add a new contact, click the Add Contact button.
Step 14A new Contact page displays to enter new contact information.
Specify the First Name for the contact person.
For this exercise, click in the First Name field and enter a valid value e.g. "John".
Step 15Specify the Last Name of the contact person.
For this exercise, click in the Last Name field and enter a valid value e.g. "Doe".
Step 16Specify the Title for the contact person.
For this exercise, click in the Title field and enter a valid value e.g. "Manager".
Step 17Specify an Email ID address for the contact person.
For this exercise, click in the Email ID field and enter a valid value e.g.,
"jdoetest@mtabsc.org".
Step 18Specify the Telephone number for the contact person.
For this exercise, click in the Telephone field and enter a valid value e.g. "212-100-
2000".
Step 19Click the Address Lookup button.
Step 20The available Addresses display.
For this exercise, select Address 1.
Step 21Specify the User ID for the contact person. A User ID must be alphanumeric, lower case
characters and less than 10 characters.
For this exercise, click in the User ID field and enter a valid value e.g., "jdoetest1".
Step 22Click the Save button
Step 23Click the Home button.
