My Supplier Portal Tiles


Concept

In this topic you will learn about the tiles and functionality on the My Supplier Portal.


Steps:

  1. The MTA My Supplier Portal homepage is comprised of several Tiles that contains functionality / links to assist suppliers and bidders in doing business with the MTA.

     

    The purpose of the My Supplier Portal tiles is to give the supplier a snapshot of Bidding Opportunities, My Event Activity, Purchase Orders, Review Invoices and Payments, Manage Profile, Awarded Events, Document Repository, Upcoming Shipments, and FAQs/Policy/Forms in one central location.

    Step 1
  2. The Information Slider tile displays information to assist the supplier/bidder.

    Step 2
  3. The events on the Bidding Opportunities tile are for items and services to sell to the MTA.

    Step 3
  4. The My Event Activity tile displays all historical events categorized by:

    - Events Invited To

    - Events Bid On

    - Awarded Events

    Step 4
  5. The Purchase Order tile only applies to suppliers and displays all dispatched Purchase Orders related to the supplier.

     

    Step 5
  6. The Review Invoices and Payments tile only applies to suppliers and displays all invoices and payments related to the supplier. Search criteria is available for the supplier to filter the information and quickly find the applicable information.

  7. Click the Vertical scrollbar.

  8. The Manage Profile tile displays the following links:

     

    - Initiate Supplier Change Request: Change Supplier information such as Addresses or Contacts.

    - Update Categories: Add/remove categories.

    - View All Categories: Displays list of all categories that the supplier has registered for.

    - Password Management: Ability to reset the My Supplier Portal password.

     

    Step 8

  9. The Awarded Events tile displays all events awarded to the supplier. Default time period is last 90 days. Filter option exist for supplier to change the time period.

  10. The Document Repository tile displays the documents that the MTA requires to be completed and uploaded.

  11. The Upcoming Shipments tile only applies to suppliers and lists Purchase Orders in ascending order for Items (Goods) that have not been received by the MTA.

  12. The FAQs/Policy/Forms tile provides links to FAQ's, MTA Policy Information and MTA Forms.
