In this topic you will learn how to Update / Add Addresses - Bidder.
Steps:
Begin by logging into My MTA Portal and navigating to the Manage Profile / Addresses page.
Step 1Click the Bidder / Supplier Sign In link.
Step 2Enter the BSC ID and password.
For this exercise, click into the BSC ID: field and enter a valid value e.g. "russd1".
Step 3For this exercise, click into the Password: field and enter a valid value e.g. "password".
Step 4Click the Login button.
Step 5The MTA My Bidder Portal homepage displays.
The MTA My Bidder Portal homepage is comprised of several Tiles that contain functionality / links to assist suppliers and bidders in doing business with the MTA.
Step 6To update and add address information, click the Manage Profile tile.
Step 7The Manage Profile page displays.
Use this page to update information related to your Bidder organization like Addresses, Contacts and company classifications.
The left side of the page contains additional tasks that can be performed from the Manage Profile page.
Step 8Click the Navigation Pane button to collapse the left side of the screen to view the Manage Profile page in full screen.
Step 9Note: Click the Navigation Page button again to display the options in the left navigation window.
Step 10To navigate to the Addresses section of the bidder profile, click the Addresses tab.
Step 11The Address Details page displays the addresses entered for the company.
Note: If the company has multiple addresses, click the View All link to view all addresses.
Step 12To edit an address, click in the field that requires an edit and make the change.
For this exercise, click in the Address 2 field and enter a valid value e.g. "23rd Floor".
Step 13Note: The system will display recommendation/suggestions if address information entered is incorrectly. The system will not enforce the recommendation.
Once the necessary edits have been made click the Save button.
Step 14To add a new address, click the Add a New Address button.
Step 15A new Address page displays to enter the new address information.
For this exercise, click in the Address 1 field and enter a valid value e.g. "120 Grant Street".
Step 16Click in the Address 2 field.
Enter the desired information in the Address 2 field. For this exercise enter a valid value e.g. "Suite 2100".
Step 17Click in the City field.
Enter the desired information in the City field. For this exercise enter a valid value e.g. "Pittsburgh".
Step 18New York State vendors must enter a County location.
For this exercise, click in the County field and enter a valid value e.g. "Allegheny".
Step 19Click in the Postal field.
Enter the desired information in the Postal field. For this exercise enter a valid value e.g. "15219".
Step 20Click in the State field.
Enter the desired information in the State field. For this exercise enter a valid value e.g. "PA".
Step 21Note: The system will display recommendation/suggestions if address information entered is incorrectly. The system will not enforce the recommendation.
Click the Save button.
Step 22The new address is successfully saved.
Click the Home button.
